Long-Term Collaboration with a Flexible and Expert Partner
Before selecting Jeeves, Lammin Betoni explored several system options, but Jeeves stood out from the rest. The collaboration between Lammin Betoni and Proseduuri began in 2015, when the previous provider discontinued its Jeeves business. Jeeves ERP has been in production use at Lammin Betoni since 2017.
“We fell in love with Jeeves,” says Pasi Lehtonen, IT and Logistics Manager at Lammin Betoni.
When the previous supplier stopped representing Jeeves, Lammin Betoni carefully evaluated who to partner with for continuing system development, implementation, and support. Proseduuri was smaller than the previous provider, which initially raised some concerns. However, Lammin Betoni saw flexibility and strong Jeeves expertise as key advantages—and has not regretted the decision.
“The flexibility has been evident throughout our collaboration. The size of the provider has never been an issue,” Lehtonen explains.
Expanding the Use of Jeeves Across Operations
In 2017, Jeeves functionalities were implemented in Lammin Betoni’s B2B business operations. This marked a significant change, as the previous system had only been used for sales processes. With Jeeves, usage was expanded to cover production and procurement processes as well.
“Overall, the implementation for our B2B operations went smoothly. Customizing the system to meet our needs was seamless with Proseduuri,” Lehtonen says.
Proseduuri has also supported Lammin Betoni in international projects. When the Lammin Betoni Group expanded its operations to Poland, Jeeves was implemented there as well—quickly and efficiently within just a few weeks.
“The expansion to Poland went smoothly,” Lehtonen notes.
Currently, Proseduuri and Lammin Betoni are working on integrating the sales and quotation process of the house package business into Jeeves. Data will be transferred directly from the architectural design system into Jeeves. Lehtonen looks forward to the completion of the project and further development of the system.
“The possibilities of utilizing systems are endless,” Lehtonen says about the future.

According to Lehtonen, the long-standing collaboration between Lammin Betoni and Proseduuri is built on trust and openness. Over the years, Proseduuri has also gained strong expertise in the construction industry and in using Jeeves in this sector.
“We have strong trust in Proseduuri that things will get done,” Lehtonen says.
He summarizes the collaboration by noting that Lammin Betoni has gained many new opportunities through Jeeves and significantly deepened its use of ERP.
“Jeeves supports our business much more comprehensively than our previous systems. We now operate more systematically, and by standardizing and refining our processes, we have improved efficiency,” Lehtonen concludes.
