An ERP System for the Future
Proseduuri and Finnpilot have collaborated for several years, and Finnpilot has been using Jeeves since 2004. At the time, Jeeves was selected as the ERP system due to its strong price-performance ratio and its future-ready functionality. This was especially important, as Finnpilot aimed to extensively digitalize and automate its financial management.
“Jeeves was the most affordable of the most versatile systems. It offered functionality that would support our needs well into the future. Even back then, Jeeves had the capacity for automation and digitalization of financial processes,” says Markus Lehtilä, Financial Planning Specialist at Finnpilot.
Based on Lehtilä’s experience, Jeeves is more flexible and customizable compared to other ERP systems.
“It’s a clear advantage that making changes is easier,” Lehtilä notes.
Daily Support, Integrations, and Cloud Migration
Collaboration between Finnpilot and Proseduuri has mainly focused on daily Jeeves support, including tasks such as customizing invoice layouts. Lehtilä praises the fast response to service requests.
“The service is fast and flexible. We usually get the most critical issues resolved the same day. Our business requirements and schedules have been well understood,” says Lehtilä.
Proseduuri has also built integrations between Jeeves and Finnpilot’s other systems, making everyday operations smoother. The company has particular expertise in creating Jeeves integrations with systems provided by Finnpilot’s main software suppliers. For example, most billing data flows directly from the Pilotweb system into Jeeves, and an integration has also been built between Jeeves and OpusCapita.
Recently, Proseduuri migrated Jeeves to the Azure cloud while also upgrading the system. The migration was successful, and after testing, all functions were quickly up and running.
“Proseduuri handled the cloud migration exceptionally well,” says Timo Sirén, CFO of Finnpilot.
Following the migration, Proseduuri created a financial management methods documentation, describing all systems and their integrations.
“Proseduuri’s documentation adds real value. The document was comprehensive and highly versatile. It allows us to plan new systems by clearly showing the existing interfaces and how systems are connected,” Lehtilä explains.

Finnpilot has continued its partnership with Proseduuri largely because of reliability.
