This year, we celebrate our 180th anniversary while also retraining experienced professionals to work even more efficiently with AI-powered tools and modern financial management solutions.

At Proseduuri, our team has accumulated over 200 years of expertise in ERP consulting, business systems, and digital transformation. Today, many discussions highlight age discrimination, particularly toward professionals over 50. In the pursuit of youthful energy and rapid growth, some employers may overlook the invaluable knowledge and insight gained over time.

Working as an ERP expert requires a deep understanding of customers’ business operations, financial processes, and system integrations. While it’s impressive to master the latest Node.js techniques or interact with ChatGPT, it’s equally important to understand how these technologies can be applied in real-world environments—such as manufacturing companies, industrial organizations, and service businesses.

This spring, Proseduuri has had several experienced professionals “in training.” Their backgrounds vary, often involving career transitions, reskilling, and business system modernization. Our most recent hire, just under 60 years old, brought strong experience from customer companies in our field and hands-on expertise with information systems, ERP platforms, and financial software—providing an excellent foundation for ERP consulting. And this year, we proudly celebrate our 180th anniversary!

We are currently engaged in reskilling our experienced professionals with a focus on AI-assisted workflows, automation, and intelligent ERP solutions. These AI-powered routines are already improving the efficiency of our consultants and will continue to optimize business processes and financial management in the future.
