One of the most significant shifts in Proseduuri’s operations began when we recognized how complex and slow ERP systems can be for many users. These systems often require precise information and the completion of specific fields for tasks such as processing orders or adding new products. This can be challenging and time-consuming—especially for users who are not fully familiar with the system’s many features and functions. Have you ever wondered which size classification to choose? Or why the system suggests a direct purchase order when you intended to deliver from stock?
The Idea
This is where the idea emerged: what if we could combine a natural language-based interface with artificial intelligence? Users could simply dictate or type a description or command freely, and the system would fully understand their intent. There would be no need to manually complete every field or search for information across multiple sections—instead, users could focus on creating content or giving commands in their own natural language.
At Proseduuri, we embraced this challenge and began developing our ERP system accordingly. We have invested more resources into AI and natural language understanding to create a system that is easier to use and further accelerates companies’ daily operations.
We are still at the beginning of this journey, but already we can see the exciting opportunities that come with deploying AI in a private cloud environment. We have developed a new AI interface in Haulbag, enabling us to build innovative features moving forward. Users can now write or dictate product descriptions in natural language, and the system identifies the correct data and automatically fills the appropriate ERP fields. Creating a product has never been easier, as the system can also analyze images provided by the user and determine product categories, colors, and other relevant details.
What’s Next?
Our next goal is to enable users to interact with the system using simple commands such as, “fetch the latest order for customer X” or “add a new product.” The system will then guide the user to the right place, select the appropriate fields, and provide relevant options. The user only needs to communicate—the system does the rest.
By combining natural language and AI, Proseduuri is shaping an ERP system that offers users a faster and more intuitive way to manage daily tasks. The system has already significantly accelerated business operations and reduced human errors.
